Burritos (Lazy Style)

This is my husband's recipe. He got it from his mother and it was a staple on our shopping list for the first three months when we got our first place. My 5yr nephew absolutely loves them. This serves just us two but I think normal people (my husband eats ALOT) would find at least four servings.

Ingredients:
1lb Ground Beef (est. $2.39 a lb)
1 Packet of Taco Seasoning (est. $0.75)
1 Jar of Mushrooms (est. $1.50)
1 Can of Olives (est. $1)
1 Can of Refried Beans (est. $1)

Total $$$: $6.64

1. Brown the ground beef in a frying pan and drain the fat.
2. Add the packet of seasoning and one tablespoon of water. Let simmer for a couple of minutes, stir frequently.

Makeing the Burrito: Lay the tortilla shell flat on a place and make a line of refried beans down the middle, spreading with a spoon. Sprinkle taco cheese down the line. I always put the cheese first because adding the hot meat on top seems to make it melt better. Layer as much meat as you want onto the cheese. Take the olive, crumble with your fingers over the tortilla. Top with mushrooms.

That's it...it's extremely easy to make and always comes out pretty good for me, and that's saying something if you've ever watched me cook.
